Return & Refund Policy – FOGG Pakistan
At FOGG Pakistan, we uphold the highest standards of product hygiene, authenticity, and safety. Due to the nature of fragrances and personal care items, returns are restricted to specific conditions only. Please review the policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Return
A return request can be made only if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product contains a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item has been delivered
Returns cannot be accepted for reasons related to fragrance preference, personal liking/disliking, or buyer’s remorse.
To qualify for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is required
- The item must have been purchased exclusively from foggpk.com
2. Reporting Procedure
All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours via:

Customers must provide the following:
- A complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item
- Order details and proof of purchase
Requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be entertained.
3. Review & Approval
Once the request is received, our team will review and verify the claim.
- If approved, detailed return instructions and the designated return address will be shared.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
4. Exchanges
FOGG Pakistan prioritizes exchanges over refunds.
If a replacement product is in stock, an exchange will be arranged promptly.
5. Refunds
A refund may only be issued if:
- The incorrect product cannot be exchanged
- A damaged or defective item cannot be replaced
- An error has occurred from FOGG Pakistan’s side
Refunds are not granted for fragrance preference or subjective dissatisfaction.
6. Refund Timeline
After the returned product is received and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
